SELF SERVICE
This audience response event rentals are for those who want to rent the keypads and conduct a live event by themselves. Simply confirm the date of the event, the number of keypads. Once you receive the items we will verify that you can run the system, you will then conduct a training session with one of our staff members. This training session will show you how to be able to run a live event properly using our keypads in a step by step process.
Training & Full Support
In all our rentals, we provide full training and question creation support. Our full training sessions are simple and easy to learn, and can be conducted several times at no additional cost. In addition you will have access to our survey question database, this will make it easier for you to format all your questions. As an extra bonus we also can provide assistance slides creation, from PowerPoint Templates to question flow process.
After your event we will work with you to provide detailed reports. Our staff can generate reports that filter data for further analysis
Full Service
If you are renting for the first time you may opt for this option. With our Event Rentals Full Service we provide a professional staff member who will run the entire voting process of your event.
Our staff members will make sure that your live event runs smoothly and with no difficulty by coordinating with the AV Company and making sure all the requirements are met. Our staff members can also help with the distribution and collection of audience response keypads.
The technician will bring all the ARS system with additional clickers and receivers. Additional equipment will be brought to ensure that connections can be made to all the projects and AV systems.
